Office refurbishment enhances collaboration and capacity

The UNSW Estate Management office on Level 3 of the Matthews Building (F23) has undergone a series of targeted upgrades to improve functionality and support the needs of a growing team. Delivered over the 2024 Christmas break, this Stage 2 project focused on creating a more ergonomic, collaborative, and flexible workspace.

The works included the introduction of new focus and collaboration zones, a new meeting room, and ergonomic furniture to support staff wellbeing and productivity. The project was delivered in close collaboration with the Estate Management administrative, change, and communication teams to ensure minimal disruption and a seamless transition for staff.
