UNSW's interactive campus maps offer a user-friendly tool for navigating the university's various campuses. Users can search for specific locations, such as libraries, study spaces, or amenities, and obtain directions to their desired destinations.Ìý
Search the campus maps
Search for a building, room, or point of interest on campus. Click on the full-screen map link to find your location and get directions to your desired destination.
³§±ð²¹°ù³¦³ó:ÌýJust start typing into the search field to reveal locations, and select one to view it on the map.
µþ°ù´Ç·É²õ±ð:ÌýYou can browse the map. Click, zoom, and drag to find locations. Use the level bar on the left to switch to a different floor, and click on a location to reveal a pop-up that displays any known information about the location.
Find your location:ÌýSeeing where you are works just like Google, Apple, or any other maps. Clicking the target icon on the right side of the map shows (with permission), your location close as possible.
Get directions:ÌýOnce you've found what you're looking for you can get directions. The map pop-up has options for getting directions from any page. You can use your own location, or another found location as the start or end point. Once directions are displayed, you can reverse them, and you can choose to 'avoid obstacles' - avoiding stairs and other barriers.

Our main campus in KensingtonÌýis a busy, thriving community of 60,000 students and 6,000 staff, the size of a small town. We are located inÌýSydney's eastern suburbs, just 12km from the Sydney CBD. There are several defibrilatorsÌýlocated around campus - use thisÌýÌýto locate one.ÌýAÌýdefibrillator is a portable electronic device you can use when you find someone you suspect is having a sudden cardiac arrest. The device will diagnose the situation and give you instructions via a synthesized voice or visual prompts.Ìý

UNSW CBD Campus
UNSW CBD Campus
UNSW has opened a new CBD Campus, offering a modern and welcoming space to enhance the University’s education offerings. The campus is currently operating as a pilot, with access limited to students and staff with scheduled classes to ensure we meet UNSW’s standards.
During the pilot phase, students and staff can access common areas on the days of their scheduled classes. These areas support flexible, collaborative learning with spaces that adapt to different group sizes, from intimate meetings to large lectures. The campus promotes sustainability with modular designs and aims for a five-star Green Star rating. Over 80 square metres of natural planting enhance the environment for students.
At the end of the pilot phase, we will update staff and students on the availability of wider campus access.
