Single-cell sequencing

Single-cell sequencing is now available at the Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics. We provide single-cell RNA sequencing through various聽microfluidic-free methods, catering to both low and high-throughput requirements.聽

Client prepared library

Our Client Prepared Library service gives you the option of preparing聽your own library pools in house and sending them to us for sequencing.
