Dr Jaco Fourie (w.fourie@unsw.edu.au) is a Lecturer in the UNSW Business School, School of Management and Governance.ÌýHis research explores the complexities and challenges of collaboration within polycentric and heterogeneous organizational fields. Currently, his work centers on the evolving nature of climate-driven crises—examining their duration, scale, and impact—and the implications of this for organizing crisis preparation, response, and recovery. Ìý
