We are excited to announce the launch of Olink® Reveal, now available as part of our next-generation sequencing (NGS) service offerings at the Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics.
Olink® Reveal is a powerful, cost-effective proteomics solution that combines proximity extension assay (PEA) technology with NGS to detect and quantify over 1,000 circulating human proteins with exceptional specificity and sensitivity. The assay is built on a highly curated panel informed by protein-disease association data from the UK Biobank, enabling both deep proteomic profiling of immune response pathways, in addition to broad coverage of key human reactome pathways. This makes it ideal for disease-specific investigations and exploratory proteomic research.
We are proud to be among the first laboratories globally to be certified as an Olink® service provider for the Olink® Reveal service. In March, we welcomed Olink representatives Jason and Sathish from Singapore, who collaborated with our team to integrate the Reveal workflow into our existing NGS pipeline. During their visit, our team members Stephanie and Sarita completed hands-on training and achieved official Olink® certification to provide this service to our clients.
The Olink® Reveal service is optimised for human serum and plasma samples, with the flexibility to accommodate other human sample types upon request. Requiring only ~4 µL of input material, the workflow delivers results within a few days of sample receipt, starting at just $265/sample.
