Sue Cliffe brings over 25 years of experience in educational leadership within K-12 schools in the UK and Australia. She has worked across private, public, and Catholic school systems, specialising in student wellbeing, community engagement, and school-family partnerships. Sue excels in fostering inclusive school cultures and supporting at-risk students, leading initiatives that enhance student health, engagement, retention, academic achievement, and life skills. Her research focuses on school-family and community partnerships, exploring how these relationships can be strengthened to re-engage students at risk of disengagement and improve educational outcomes. Her strategic leadership and commitment to educational excellence have had a lasting impact on student outcomes and school communities. In addition to her work in education, Sue serves as a Director on the Board of Youth Off The Streets, furthering her dedication to supporting vulnerable young people.
